A Journey in designing Website
This is the description of how one should start to design a website with some proper procedures and steps for proper development of a user friendly website.
Mostly all of us are amazed by seeing beautiful and interactive websites on the internet now-a-days. But have you ever wondered how the website has been built or from where the development journey of website begins actually.
Designing a website from scratch is not an easy task. For designing it from scratch one should have proper understanding of all the requirements of website properly. Otherwise without prior understanding the process of designing will become more chaotic and tough.
To start a website development one should also be clear with all the resources that are going to be required in whole implementation process. For example:- designs,colours,images and all other required assets. One of the best practice before starting coding for development we should always have a rough design of website. Design file helps us to understand the pages,subpages,sections,subsections properly so that we can design website smoothly.
In addition to designing a website one should always keep in mind that website should be mobile responsive because we are more handy and comfortable with mobiles.
One of the most important thing in website is the flow of website.The flow of website should be simple so that user will not get frustrated while using website. The flow should be clearly understood by user and proper navigation should be available on websites.
Another thing is content of website. Content plays equal role as designs and colour-combination plays in website. The content of website should be equal or sometimes more importance than design. Content should be in easy language not so much technical or difficult that will become difficult for new user to read.
This are some things that one should follow while making a website from initial stage.
As I have followed the same approach it was quite easy for me to design the website and development process went smoothly.
Some important steps to follow during development journey:

Firstly always have a rough design or figma file of website and go through it thoroughly.

Divide whole website into pages and design pages one by one.

Always write colours in root because it will be easy to change when the website is switched to different mode.

Always add comments when you are starting any section , adding new things to have proper understanding of code because as development follows code will become bigger and difficult to understand. Comments will help you to have easy understanding and recalling things.
